The framework under which CyberShade Official offers its services.

Acceptance of terms
By accessing this website or engaging CyberShade Official for services, you accept these Terms & Conditions. Engagement-specific terms are governed by a separately signed Master Services Agreement and Statement of Work, which supersede any conflicting terms on this website.
Scope of services
CyberShade Official provides cybersecurity services including but not limited to offensive security testing, incident response, digital forensics, cloud security, AI security and advisory. All services are performed under a signed engagement contract that defines scope, rules of engagement, deliverables and timelines.
Rules of engagement
Offensive security engagements are performed only against assets you own or are legally authorized to test. Written authorization, defined scope and rules of engagement are prerequisites to any active testing activity. We do not perform unauthorized activity under any circumstances.
Deliverables & confidentiality
Findings, reports and artifacts produced during engagements are the property of the client, provided under confidentiality obligations set forth in the engagement contract. CyberShade Official retains a right to reference engagements in anonymized form for marketing purposes only with prior written consent.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CyberShade Official's aggregate liability for any claim arising out of an engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. We disclaim warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose to the extent permitted by law.
Intellectual property
Marks, logos, content and code on this website are the property of CyberShade Official or its licensors and may not be reproduced, distributed or modified without written permission. Open-source components released by CyberShade Official are governed by their respective licenses.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction stated in the applicable engagement contract. Disputes are resolved by binding arbitration in that jurisdiction unless otherwise agreed in writing.
