Privacy Policy
How CyberShade Official collects, uses and protects your information — plainly stated.
Last updated: July 27, 2026
Information we collect
We collect information you provide directly — such as name, company, email, phone and message content — when you request a consultation. We also collect engagement-specific data under a signed engagement contract, governed by strict confidentiality and chain-of-custody requirements.
How we use information
Contact information is used solely to respond to your inquiry, coordinate scoping calls and deliver engagement services. Engagement data is used strictly to deliver the contracted work, produce reports and maintain evidence for the retention period agreed in the contract.
Data storage & security
All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256), stored in access-controlled infrastructure and processed under least-privilege. Engagement artifacts are stored in isolated per-client enclaves and destroyed on a schedule agreed in the engagement contract.
Third-party processors
We use a minimal set of vetted infrastructure and productivity providers. Sub-processors are reviewed for SOC 2 or equivalent posture, contractually bound to comparable data handling requirements, and disclosed on request to active clients.
Your rights
You may request access, correction or deletion of personal information we hold about you by emailing cybershade98@gmail.com. We respond to verified requests within regulatory timelines applicable to your jurisdiction (GDPR, CCPA, UK GDPR, etc.).
Cookies & analytics
Our marketing site uses privacy-respecting analytics to understand aggregate usage. We do not sell personal information. You may opt out of analytics via your browser's Do Not Track setting or by contacting us.
